                                Issue of equity


Following the announcement on 21 September 2007, the Company confirms that it
has issued 2,003,383 new ordinary shares of 0.6p each ('Ordinary Shares') at
15.5p per share ('Placing Shares').

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 September 2007. Following
admission of the Placing Shares, the Company will have a total of 31,556,430
Ordinary Shares in issue.
