                               Placing of shares



The Company announces that it is looking to raise in excess of £300,000 via a
placing of new ordinary shares of 6p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at
15.5p per share (the 'Placing').

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 September 2007 ('Admission'). A
further announcement will be made before Admission confirming the final number
of shares issued under the Placing.
