                    Appointment of Non-executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tarick Kreimeia, aged
29, as a non-executive Director of Cube8.  Mr Kreimeia was previously Business
Development Director at Cube8, but not on the main board of the Company.  He
is a qualified engineer and has specialised in business network event
organisation.
