AGM Resolutions

At the company's annual general meeting held in Bradford on 5 May 2004 all
resolutions were passed.  Copies of the relevant resolutions (11, 12, 13 and 14)
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is
situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
