Publication of Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

A copy of the Notice of the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Provident Financial plc has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, via the National Storage Mechanism which is located at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The AGM will be held at 12.00pm on 21 May 2019 at Clifford Chance, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JJ.
