Confirmation of Board Changes
Provident Financial plc confirms the board changes which were first announced
in February 2001.
Howard Bell, Chief Executive, retired from the board on 30 September 2001.
Robin Ashton, previously Deputy Chief Executive, has become Chief Executive
with effect from today.
