Application has been made for 928,571 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of
London Stock Exchange plc. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise
of options by Geoinformatics at a price of 7p per Ordinary Share.

Following the issue of these new Ordinary Shares the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company is 189,994,098 Ordinary Shares.
