A total  of 2,928,571  ordinary  shares of  1p  each in  the  Company
('Shares') were today admitted  to trading on the  AIM market of  the
London Stock Exchange ('AIM').

Of the 2,928,571 Shares  admitted to trading  on AIM, 928,571  Shares
were issued as announced  on 16 October  2006.  However these  shares
were not admitted to trading at that time.

The total number of  Shares in issue  at the date  of this notice  is
268,025,173 with each Share carrying the right to one vote.
