The Company was notified on 2 October 2006, that on 29 September Stuart
Bottomley, a director of the Company, acquired 486,400 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a prices of 8.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Bottomley holds 640,656 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 0.33 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
