Director's Shareholding

ACR, the AIM listed southern African focused resource development company, announces that on 14 February, Stuart Bottomley, director of the Company, purchased through his pension fund 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 3.125p per share and a further 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company for 3.25p per share.

The Company was notified of the above transactions on 15 February 2012.

The resultant holding of Stuart Bottomley (including pension fund) following the above transactions is 7,126,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 1.55% of the Company's issued share capital.  This holding does not include his interest over shares held through contracts with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
