Director's Shareholding

ACR, the AIM listed southern African focused resource development company, announces that on 28 May 2012 Andrew Cranswick, director of the Company, settled, for nil consideration, his interest in 9,857,115 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on a trust, the beneficiaries of which were adult members of his family but excluding himself.

The Company was notified of the above transaction on 28 May 2012.

As a result Andrew Cranswick holds no ordinary shares in the Company apart from his interest over shares held through contracts with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
