In  accordance with  AIM Rule  17, ACR, the  AIM listed southern African focused
resource  development company, would like to notify the market of the following,
of which it was notified on 8 July 2011.

The  London  and  Amsterdam  Trust  Company  Limited  ('L&A  Trust')  now  holds
33,108,064 ordinary shares in ACR. Based on the total voting rights announced on
4 July  2011 of 456,586,451, L&A Trust holds 7.25% of the Company's issued share
capital.

There  is no other information  available to the Company  that is required to be
disclosed under Schedule 5 of the AIM Rules.
