African Consolidated  Resources  plc, the  Zimbabwe  focused  mineral
exploration company announces the issue on 30 April 2008 of 1,129,310
new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') as follows:-

Adonis Investments  LLC provides  the services  of A.  N.  Cranswick,
Chief Executive Officer of  the Company, and  in accordance with  the
intention announced  on 1  April 2008  has subscribed  for  1,000,000
Shares at a price of 4.5p  per Share following the exercise of  share
options.
 
Ambrian Partners Ltd ('Ambrian') has been issued with 129,310  Shares
in satisfaction of fees  for brokerage services  to the Company,  the
Shares having been issued at the mid market price on 10 October 2007.
 
Application has been made for admission  of the Shares to trading  on
the AIM Market  of the  London Stock  Exchange which  is expected  to
occur at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 8 May 2008.
 
Following the issue of the Shares the total number of ordinary shares
of 1p each in the capital of the Company in issue at the date of this
notice is 222,157,890 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
