African  Consolidated  Resources  Plc,  the  AIM listed southern African focused
resource  development company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
of  the Company will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, 155
Moorgate, London, EC2M 6XB on 6 September 2011 at 11.00 a.m.

A notice convening the AGM has been sent to shareholders together with copies of
the  Company's Annual Report  and Accounts for  the period ended 31 March 2011.
