African Consolidated Resources Plc, the AIM listed southern African focused resource development company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF on Friday 28 September 2012 at 11.00 a.m.

A notice convening the AGM has been sent to shareholders together with copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2012.  The Annual Report and Accounts will be available to download from the Company's website at www.acrplc.com.
