African  Consolidated Resources plc, the AIM listed resource development company
focussed  in Zimbabwe, announces that the  Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the
Company  will be  held at  the offices  of Ambrian  Partners Limited, Old Change
House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4BJ on 14 September 2010 at 11.00
a.m.

A notice convening the AGM has been sent to shareholders together with copies of
the  Company's Annual Report  and Accounts for  the period ended 31 March 2010.
 The  Annual Report  and Accounts  are available  to download from the Company's
recently re-launched and updated website at www.acrplc.com.
