focussed  in Zimbabwe, announces that on  23 March 2010 the Company was informed
that  as of that date, following the purchase of ordinary shares ('Shares'), The
London   &   Amsterdam   Trust   Company  Limited  now  holds  21,741,364 Shares
representing approximately 6.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
