Statement re Marange Diamond Title



Further to previous statements regarding the validity of ACR's claims to the
Marange diamond deposit, having sought detailed legal advice the Board of ACR
has chosen to make an application in chambers in the High Court of Zimbabwe for
an order confirming that ACR's claims over the Marange diamond deposit are
valid.



It is the Board's belief that this action will have no legal effect on ACR's
core activities or its broad portfolio of mineral exploration.



Further statements will be made to update the market in due course
