                        Total Number of Shares in Issue

African  Consolidated  Resources  plc,  the  AIM listed resource and development
company  focused in  Zimbabwe announces  that following  the issue of 5,000,000
Shares to Employee Benefit Trust announced on 7 October 2010 the total number of
shares  in issue was 368,402,451.   The  announcement of 7 October 2010 in error
stated 369,402,451 as the total number of shares in issue.
