Subscription of 2,285,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 1.2 pence per share

Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company, is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £27,420 (approximately $42,500)  via a subscription for 2,285,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Subscription") at a price of 1.2 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Subscription Shares").

The subscriber for the Subscription Shares had intended to participate in the Company's previous subscription announced on 27 July 2015, but was not able to do so for administrative reasons. The additional funds received from the Subscription will be applied to furthering the Company's opportunities in Romania and general corporate purposes.

Admission and Dealings
The issue of the Subscription Shares is, inter alia, conditional on their Admission to trading on AIM ("Admission").  It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealing in the Subscription Shares will commence on 12 August 2015.  The Subscription Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission of the Subscription Shares and admission of the Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the placing and subscription announced on 27 July 2015, which are expected to take place on 12 August 2015 and 10 August 2015 respectively, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 1,466,348,989 Ordinary Shares. 

The above figure of 1,466,348,989 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in VAST under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule.
