IBNet plc ('IBNet' or 'the Company')
IBNet is pleased to announce that it has raised approximately £125,000 before
expenses by way of a placing of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at 2.5p
per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and
dealings are expected to commence on 22 November 2002. The shares will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue.
