Holding in Company
Deal Group received notification today that, following a sale of 500,000 shares
on 4 January 2005, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited is currently interested
in 28,765,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 7.78% of
the total issued share capital.
The total holding of 28,765,000 shares in which all parties are interested
includes a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A Companies
Act 1985 of 27,229,417 shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by
J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager
of an undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS).
