          Preliminary Results - Wednesday 21 April 2004


Deal Group Media plc, the online marketing Group providing performance based
online marketing, search engine marketing and internet monitoring and
intelligence services, will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the nine
months ended 31 December 2003 on Wednesday 21 April 2004.  This follows a change
in the Group's year end from 31 March to 31 December.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9:00am at Bankside, 4th Floor, St Mary
Abchurch House, 123 Cannon Street, EC4N 4AU on Wednesday 21 April.
