                               Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 102,803 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted on pursuant to an
award of shares to the non-executive directors in lieu of all or part of their
annual salary.

Admission is expected to become effective on 5 July 2007.
