PDMR/Director shareholding

 

Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL), the leading supplier of composite material kits to aerospace, has been notified that David Bailey, non-executive director, transferred 52,176 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from his own name into his personal ISA and sold 137 shares to cover the costs of the transaction. David Bailey's beneficial holding following the transaction is 52,176 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.10 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
