The purpose of the visit is to brief investors on the Company's underlying technology and products including its new mobile marketing platform V3.5 which is being announced today (see below). NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH AND SUCCESSFUL TRIALS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS Velti announces today the launch of version 3.5 of its Mobile Marketing Platform ('MMP') used for planning, creating, managing and monitoring mobile marketing and advertising campaigns. The new version of the MMP is already being used for managing the mobile campaigns of one existing and three new customers: Real Networks, a world leader in digital media services (Rapsody) and software (RealPlayer) is using Velti's platform to support mobile campaigns and promotions for multiple brands through loyalty points that can be redeemed for mobile content and services. PepsiCo Inc.'s Tasty Foods, is currently running a promotional campaign for its Lays brand, which aims to promote brand awareness and its sponsorship of Ronaldinho, the Barcelona mid-fielder. Its 'Play Ball!' campaign is being promoted on approximately 15 million potato chip packets, in which participants take part by sending a text message. LVMH's Hennessy, a world leading cognac brand has created mobile community and alerts through Velti's platform around it's 'Art of Mixing' campaign to support independent musicians and to promote its brand. Q-Telecom, an existing customer, is running its mobile marketing campaign through Velti which has designed and developed its 'Vroom' mobile promotions to promote the company's brand name, increase revenues, differentiate from the competition and reinforce the brand's image. Incorporating more than 60 built-in campaign templates that model above and below the line activities, Velti's MMP enables the design and launch of campaigns in hours rather than weeks, with significant cost savings. It includes advanced proprietary technology, powerful reporting tools and performance indicators, for use by major mobile operators, advertising agencies, enterprises and brand owners. It enables the rapid and cost effective creation of permission-based ('opt in'), multi-level mobile marketing campaigns including full cycle campaign planning, execution and monitoring across mobile marketing, advertising and content delivery activities. The new platform includes additional mobile marketing activities such as location aware and proximity solutions, retail couponing, inventory and traffic alerts, user generated content applications and virtual world to mobile interaction.
