Susan Robertson, Chief Financial Officer, has today exercised 173,913 share options under the Group’s Share Option Schemes. The options’ exercise price per ordinary share of the Group (“Ordinary Share”) was £0.01. Following the exercise, Susan Robertson held 183,513 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31% percent of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares and options over a total of 146,559 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.24% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares.
The total number of shares in issue following this exercise is 59,823,194.
Application has been made for the 173,913 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, such admission expected 6th April 2009.
No shares in Oxford Catalysts Group PLC are being disposed of by Susan Robertson.
