Director Share Dealings

Roy Lipski, Chief Executive, has today exercised 383,158 share options under the Group's Share Option Schemes. The options' exercise price per ordinary share of the Group ('Ordinary Share') was £0.01. Following the exercise, Roy Lipski held 395,158  Ordinary Shares representing  0.66% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares and options over a total of  1,987,133 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.30% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise is 60,206,352.

Application has been made for the 383,158 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, such admission expected 7th April 2009.

No shares in Oxford Catalysts Group PLC are being disposed of by Roy Lipski.
