Exercise of Options and Blocklisting

The Company today announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of a total of 2,811,190 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were allotted to employees and directors of the Company following the exercise of options under the Group  share option schemes including those announced on 11 February 2010 ("Option Shares").

The Company also announces that it has today made a blocklisting application for 1,188,810 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Blocklisting Shares"). The Blocklisting Shares will be used by the Company to satisfy the exercise of director and employee share options in the future. This application replaces the blocklisting application announced on 3 November 2009.

It is expected that the Option Shares and the Blocklisting Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 9 November 2010.
