Grant of Options

Velosi announces that on 19 April 2010 the Board of the Company approved the grant of options over 520,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme.  The options were granted as follows:

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time from the third up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 109.5 pence per share being the average closing mid-market price for the three business days prior to the date of grant.

The Board has also granted a further 1,020,500 options over Ordinary Shares to employees of the Company, exercisable on the same terms as above.
