GAM International Management Limited advised the Company on 17 February 2007
that as a result of transactions on 14 February 2007 it was interested in 5.07
per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.

The notifiable interest comprises 621,285 ordinary shares representing 1.63 per
cent. of the voting rights and an interest in a contract for difference under
which a further 1,554,165 ordinary shares representing 4.07 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company may be acquired.
