Exercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights
Venture Life Group PLC (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that it has issued 149,516 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options, subject to admission to trading on AIM.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 149,516 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 May 2024.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 126,647,713 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 126,647,713. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
