AIM Rule 17 Update
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, provides the following update in accordance with its disclosure obligations required under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
In a correction to the announcement of 7 January 2021, the Company advises that Dr Stephen Hodge, Chief Technology Officer, holds a beneficial interest in 46,774 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, acquired as part of Versarien's acquisition of Cambridge Graphene Limited in January 2017.
