Announcement of Dividend

The Directors of Vertu have today declared afinal dividend in respect of the year ended 28 February 2011 of 0.3p per share, to be proposed at the annual general meeting on 21 July 2011. The ex dividend date will be 18 May 2011 and the associated record date 20 May 2011.
