Vertu Motors plc ('Vertu Motors' or the 'Company')
Director Dealings
Paul Williams, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, was allotted 314,165
ordinary 10p shares in the Company on 21 December 2007 as part of the deferred
consideration following the acquisition of Bristol Street Group Limited in March
2007. As a result, Mr Williams now holds 2,827,485 ordinary 10p shares of the
Company, representing 3.1% of the issued share capital.
