The Company announces that following the recent issue of equity on 15 June 2009 in connection with the placing announced on 28 May 2009, Paul Williams' (Non Executive Chairman) interest in 2,827,485 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company now represents 1.44% of the Company's issued share capital.
