Non-executive Chairman Designate Share Purchase

Vertu was informed today of the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares by the Non-executive Chairman Designate, Peter Jones (the "Dealing"). The Dealing took place on 16 October 2014, at an average price of 56.81p per ordinary share of 10p each:
