VERTU MOTORS PLC (the 'Company')
Issue of Equity
Vertu Motors plc announces that at a board meeting held on 17 December 2007 it
agreed to allott 1,115,717 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company in order
to satisfy part of the consideration as agreed under the terms of its
acquisition of Bristol Street Group Limited in March 2007. The allotment was
made on 21 December 2007. Application will be made at the earliest practicable
opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 91,943,971
ordinary shares of 10p each.
