Vertu Motors plc, the fast growing automotive retailer with a network of 95 sales and aftersales outlets across the UK, will announce its audited results for the year ended 28 February 2013 on 21 May 2013.  A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.30am on the same day at the offices of FTI Consulting, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
