Total Voting Rights


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
notify the market of the following:


Vertu Motors plc's capital consists of 91,943,971 Ordinary shares with voting
rights. Vertu Motors plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Vertu Motors plc is 91,943,971.


The figure of 91,943,971 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine, if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vertu Motors plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
