COOKSON ACQUIRES DEXTER PCB MATERIALS BUSINESS
Cookson Group plc ('Cookson'), the international materials technology group,
announces that it has now completed the acquisition of the printed circuit
board materials business of Dexter Corporation for a cash consideration of
US$33 million (£20.3 million), terms of which were previously announced on 22
October.
