VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities completes £21.2m acquisition of three solar PV sites in Australia

 

VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc ("GSEO"), the London-listed investment company advised by Victory Hill Capital Partners LLP focused on energy infrastructure that is essential for the global transition towards net zero, is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the equity interests in three fully-permitted solar PV sites in Australia. The total cost including construction will be £21.2m and is part of the existing £50m commitment to its Australian solar PV and storage investment programme.

 

The acquisition was first announced upon signing of the purchase agreement on 12 September 2022.
