Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that James Dickson, Chairman, has informed the Company that he has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his nominee account, at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2020.

Following this purchase, Mr Dickson is interested in 5,034,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.4% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
