Brulines (Holdings) PLC (the 'Company')
Significant shareholdings
On 4th April 2008, Mr Steven Brown, management shareholder sold 100,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each at a price of £1.40p per share, the resultant shareholding in
the Company being 968,864 ordinary shares, representing 3.98% of the voting
rights of the Company.
The company was also informed that on 4th February 2008, and 5th March 2008, Mr
Simon Collin, a significant shareholder, sold 90,000 and 164,520 ordinary shares
of 10p each at a price of £1.40 and £1.425 respectively. The resultant
shareholding in the Company being 763,560, representing 3.14% of the voting
rights.
The transactions were completed prior to the 2007/8 tax year end and the
introduction of new capital gains tax treatment.
