The Company was notified on 31 December 2008 by Octopus Investments Limited that as of 30 December 2008 they had voting interests in 2,209,000 ordinary shares representing 7.91% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 31 December by AXA S.A. that as of 30 December 2008 they had voting interests in 3,162,803 ordinary shares representing 11.33% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
