The Company was notified on 25^th February 2013 by James Dickson, CEO of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 65,000 ordinary shares, 37,000 at 99.2p each and 28,000 shares at 100.00p each on 22^nd February 2013, taking his total voting interests to 4,287,219 ordinary shares representing 15.41% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
