BRULINES (HOLDINGS) PLC (the 'Company')

Total voting rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital at the
date of this announcement comprises 24,341,523 ordinary shares of 10p each, of
which the Company holds 216,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is therefore 24,125,523.

The above figure of 24,125,523 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
