Further to the announcement earlier today, Victoria P.L.C. is pleased to
announce that approval has this afternoon been obtained from the Irish High
Court to the acquisition of assets including certain brand names, inventory,
plant and machinery from the provisional liquidator of Navan Carpets Limited.
The acquisition is therefore now unconditional.
