The Company's Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007 was posted to
shareholders on 25 June 2007.

A copy of the Report and Accounts document has also been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority. Further copies are available on request from the Company

Under Prospectus Rule 5.2 all information which has been made available to the
