Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces it has posted the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 3 April 2021 and that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ on 7 September 2021 at 1.00 p.m.

Subject to Covid-19 restrictions and UK Government guidance, shareholders are welcome to attend the AGM. Notwithstanding, given current circumstances, shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy whether they intend to attend the meeting or not.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting in person must register with the Company by no later than 1pm on 1 September 2021 and the Company will endeavour to accommodate all requests to register; however there will be a limit on the total number of shareholders that can attend in order for the meeting to operate safely in the current environment. Further details are set out in the AGM notice.
